  • Design and deliver client-facing materials, including proposals, stewardship/advocacy reports, and client service plans.

  • Drive account profitability while ensuring long-term client retention and satisfaction.

  • Partner with Sales and Broking to stay informed of market trends and positioning to enhance client strategies.

  • Review client contracts to ensure alignment with obligations and risk considerations.

  • Drive the Request for Proposal (RFP) response process, including strategy, coordination across lines of business, and ownership of deliverables.

  • Lead the renewal process by establishing and executing client-specific renewal strategies in collaboration with broking and internal partners.

  • Support insurance program design and strategy by partnering with Broking to leverage appropriate analytical tools.

  • Mentor and support the development of Associate Client Advocates (ACAs) and broader account teams.

  • Perform other duties as identified and appropriate to ensure exceptional client experience
