Enjoy the support, benefits, and career opportunities that come with being part of the Smile Brands network.Schedule (days/hours)Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pmResponsibilitiesPreparing patients and treatment rooms for dental proceduresHelping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategiesImproving oral health, solving dental challenges and bettering smiles every dayQualificationsAssist dentists during a variety of dental procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safetyPrepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for proceduresTake dental radiographs (X-rays) and maintain accurate patient recordsEducate patients on oral health, treatment plans, and post-procedure careMaintain strict infection control and sterilization protocolsSupport smooth patient flow and a positive experience from check-in to check-outCollaborate closely with the clinical team to deliver efficient, high-quality carePreferred QualificationsDental Assistant experience preferredStrong communication and patient-care skillsA positive, team-first attitudeAttention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environmentPassion for helping patients feel comfortable and cared forJoin a Team That CaresAt Midwest Dental in Menomonie, you'll find a supportive team, a welcoming patient community, and a workplace where your contributions truly matter.
