Banking Associate (US) - Augusta, Maine

Banking Associate – TD Bank Location: Augusta, Maine, United States. Hours: 40. Pay: $22.00 - $27.75 USD. Key Responsibilities Accurately completing everyday banking transactions on the teller line or platform. Providing consultative financial advice, educational support, and product recommendations to help customers reach their financial goals. Opening and servicing personal deposit accounts, managing debit/credit card issues, and operating mobile/online banking services. Utilizing TD’s systems and tools to engage with customers, acquire and deepen relationships, and identify opportunities for cross‑sell. Managing lead creation and prioritization, conducting outbound outreach, and scheduling appointments. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, policy and procedural requirements, including cash drawer controls, customer authentication and anti‑money‑laundering guidelines. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 1 year customer service experience in any capacity (volunteering, education, military, preferred). Customer service skills, strong communication, clear and concise presentation. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Teller experience preferred; required to complete teller training and part1 of platform training upon hire. Proficient Microsoft Office. Notary license preferred.
