Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

A bit about us:

Based in the Minneapolis area, we are a well-established and growing GC that specializes in commercial construction. This includes both ground-up and renovations, with projects typically ranging from $10-20M in value size.

Due to growth, we are hiring a Superintendent. Most of our work is local however the first project is in Slinger, WI so we are looking for a candidate willing to travel.

Job Details

MUST HAVE
+ Experience as a Superintendent at a GC
+ Experience with commercial construction
+ Experience with ground-up
+ ProCore experience

NICE TO HAVE
+ Experience with industrial, manufacturing or precast projects
