Inside Sales Representative - Entry Level
$50k - $55kEurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Entry-level inside sales support role at Eurofins in Baltimore involving customer service, database management, and administrative coordination across sales and project teams.
Responsibilities
- Support sales executives with quotations, orders, and CRM documentation
- Follow up with customers and prospects regarding inquiries and proposals
- Maintain and update METrak and Salesforce databases with customer and project information
- Review billing accuracy and ensure RFQ processing completeness and accuracy
- Provide administrative support to project coordination team for customer account management
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Visio)
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to perform well under pressure in fast-paced environment
- Customer service orientation with professional demeanor
Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 salary
