Responsibilities

• Triage callers for both urgent and non-urgent medical issues.
• Respond to patient messages, refill requests and appointment requests through EMR in a timely manner.
• Daily administrative tasks include calling patients to follow up on outstanding labs, imaging or other outstanding items.  Must be comfortable making phone calls.
• Manage schedule for multiple doctors to optimize clinic flow.
• Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression.

Experience

• Must have great attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) is helpful but can train.
• Great attitude and a willingness to get things done alone and as a team!
