Position/Specialty: MS/Tele RN Shift: 4x12s, Nights (7p-7a) Ratios: 1:6-1:7 Weekend REQ: Every other weekend Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): No Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? Yes, to like units with like patients. Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 2 years of experience First-timers accepted: (Y/N): No, must have travel experience License REQ: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS and NIH Required Special Requirements: Med/Surg experience required Experience Preferred: Telemetry, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias. Additional Requirements: Must complete all assigned modules prior to start date. Expect access to these modules by the Wednesday before your start date. Attendance at staff meetings is required. Local Radius: 60 miles Locals Accepted: (Y/N): Yes, locals will be considered at 10% less than the posted rate RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs. Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Call Out Policy: After 2 call outs (per contract) without a documented medical reason, a contract will be considered for cancellation. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a NEW or EXT assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
