Join Associated Bank as a Business Banking Relationship Manager and help small and mid-sized businesses achieve their financial goals. In this role, you'll build and grow a portfolio of business clients, deepen relationships, and connect customers with the right banking solutions. Key accountabilities include managing and growing a portfolio of business banking relationships with annual revenues up to $5MM, driving loan, deposit, and fee income growth through proactive business development and client retention strategies, partnering with internal teams to deliver tailored banking solutions, analyzing financial information and collaborating with Portfolio Managers to structure and recommend credit solutions, building strong relationships with clients, prospects, and centers of influence to expand market share, identifying customer needs and connecting clients with specialized banking partners and resources, mentoring and supporting junior Relationship Managers in prospecting, relationship building, and sales development, and representing Associated Bank in the community through networking events, business groups, and local organizations.
Education and experience required include a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, 5+ years of experience in banking or financial services, 3+ years of experience in business development, business-to-business sales, or relationship management, and strong communication, relationship-building, and financial analysis skills.
Preferred experience managing commercial or small business banking portfolios, knowledge of commercial lending, treasury management, and cross-functional banking solutions, and experience developing referral networks and community partnerships.

The pay range represents anticipated base pay for this role. Actual pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, work location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role.
$82,180.00 - $140,880.00 per year
