Director of Nursing
Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in Central Illinois. As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Nursing will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our nursing staff, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients. Responsibilities:
• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to our nursing staff, aligning with the facility's mission and goals
• Oversee the development and implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Foster a culture of quality care, teamwork, and continuous improvement among nursing staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
• Collaborate with other quality assurance team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing programs and services, making data-driven decisions to improve resident care and outcomes
• Develop and manage the nursing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal resident care
• Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff to meet the facility's needs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements:
Level of Education: Active RN license
