They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include: Maintaining regular and predictable attendance. Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless business needs dictate otherwise. Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor about work completion, issues, and solutions. Completing planograms and resets accurately and timely. Performing store measurements and inventory counts, including cycle counts. Completing the Tractor Way top cap process. Executing store price changes and signage hanging accurately and promptly. Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs. Reviewing planogram integrity and performing detailed recovery. Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate. Ensuring customers have a distinguished shopping experience. Providing peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT). Performing additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Experience: Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing, and counting skills are essential regardless of education level. Preferred knowledge, skills, or abilities Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills. Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict. Ability to work independently and complete assignments with little assistance. Working Conditions Mostly indoor with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature. Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store. Promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines. Physical Requirements Ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds. Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment. Lift or reach overhead occasionally. Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently. Move throughout the store during shifts. Read, write, and count accurately; communicate effectively. Handle contact with birds/poultry. Complete all required training.
