Through our e-commerce platform, customers can learn about nutrition and build personalized one-time or subscription orders.We're looking for a Senior Warehouse Associate to join our team and play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Senior Warehouse Associate is focused on the overall planning, execution and performance of their assigned area in the warehouse with either an emphasis on Inbound Receiving or Outbound Fulfillment.This is a chance to be part of a growing company in an amazing industry.This position is based in our Broomfield, Colorado warehouse and offers the opportunity to be part of a growing company that is passionate about helping athletes perform at their best. Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Warehouse Associate - 90%Execute fulfillment expectations based on the current operating structureMaintain a clean and orderly warehouseAccurately manage inventory and ensure organization of the warehouseAssist in receiving and putting away all incoming inventorySupervisory responsibilities - 10%Responsible for ensuring assigned Warehouse Associates complete their job duties efficiently and in a timely mannerDelegate tasks and keep Warehouse Associates on track, including assigning projects and reinforcing performance expectationsTrain new staff on current order fulfillment procedures and set expectations for the proper completion of warehouse tasksSchedule: Sunday-Thursday - 12:00 PM - 8:30 PMEssential requirements:Excellent communication skillsAbility to follow and delegate instructions and proceduresComfortable with giving constructive feedback1+ years of warehouse experience; prior lead or supervisory experience preferredCompensation:$24 per hour.Benefits:Medical, dental and vision insurance401kPaid time off and paid holidaysEmployee discountThis position will be posted until filled.Equal Opportunity Employer:At The Feed, we know that athletes come from all different backgrounds, and we are here to support them by having a diverse team.
