Maverick Trading is hiring a fully remote Equity & Options Trader open to applicants in Newtown, PA. We are a 25+ year proprietary trading firm that allocates firm capital to disciplined traders and scales buying power based on performance and risk management. Trading from the Mid-Atlantic Trade US market hours from your local time zone — the NYSE opens at 9:30am local. The Mid-Atlantic sits squarely in Eastern Time, which means the NYSE bell rings at 9:30am local — no schedule arbitrage, no overnight gymnastics, just the same trading day as Wall Street. This is not a challenge account. Not a demo evaluation. We provide structured capital allocation for traders who want a professional path to scaling capital. What you will do Trade equities and options within defined risk parameters Follow a structured, rules-based risk management approach Build consistency and scale capital based on performance Why options Options allow traders to define risk, hedge exposures, and structure trades beyond simple directional stock positions. Maverick is one of the few proprietary trading firms that actively trades options as a core part of its trading approach. Compensation is a profit-split on trading performance, with no base salary. Top-tier traders earn 90% of their net trading profits.
