We’re looking for a motivated, licensed Real Estate Broker or Marketing Associate to join our project . If you’re passionate about helping clients, building relationships, and closing successful transactions, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Represent developer in new residential development

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.

• Conduct property showings .

• Negotiate contracts and ensure successful closings.

• Maintain exceptional client communication and service.

• Stay informed on the Lake Lure real estate market and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

• Experience preferred but exceptional sales personnel are encouraged to apply.

•Ability to source prospects for second home, retirement home and investor properties

• Active North Carolina Real Estate Broker License preferred but not required
