Remote: Account Executive (Sales)

Security 101 is looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business and exceed sales targets. If you are a $1M+ producer with expertise in RMR-driven security sales (access control, video surveillance, managed services, cloud-hosted solutions, etc.) 130k = On-Target-Earnings = (Base + Uncapped Commission). Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities net-new enterprise deals with mid-market, Fortune 1000 clients (100+ employee organizations) and SLED verticals. Own the full sales cycle: Prospect, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Axis, Genetec, Lenel, Software House, Exacq) to deliver cutting-edge AI and IoT-driven solutions. Develop tailored security solutions (access control, visitor management, video surveillance, RMR-driven tech) to meet client needs via consultative sales. Work with engineering and project management teams to design customized security solutions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Achieve and exceed sales quotas ($1M+ annually) with a focus on multi-year contracts and recurring revenue models. Professional Sales training e.
