Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer based in Miami, FL, with the flexibility to work partially from home. Responsibilities include assisting clients with mortgage loan applications, analyzing financial information for loan qualification, guiding clients through available mortgage options, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. The role also involves collaborating with underwriting teams, building client relationships, and ensuring a smooth and efficient loan process. Qualifications Active NMLS mortgage license with background check completed Experience in Mortgage Lending, Mortgage Industry, and working as a Loan Officer Knowledge of Underwriting practices and compliance guidelines Knowledge of Non-QM and DSCR loans Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and communication Proven ability to assess financial documents and provide appropriate loan solutions Familiarity with the wholesale mortgage process and products Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment, both on-site and remotely #J-18808-Ljbffr OnMortgage LLC
