Caseload is diverse, including intellectual property, contract disputes, and employment law matters. The successful candidate will assist with all phases of litigation, including document review, preparation of deposition summaries, docket control, and calendaring of pleadings, hearings, documents, and other filings.ResponsibilitiesLitigation support and case management, including administrative support therefor (file pleadings, calendar hearings/deadlines, prepare/organize case files, manage pleadings, discovery indexes, and correspondence)Prepare and file all court and related documents (state and federal) - 50%Manage all aspects of discovery and e-discovery, including preparing deposition summaries, privilege logs, compile briefs/appendices/exhibits - 20%Create / maintain templates for pleadings, discovery responses, briefs, etc. - 5%Requirements/QualificationsBachelor's Degree (preferred)ABA-approved Paralegal certificate5+ years of trial and litigation paralegal experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including attention to detailHighly organized and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasksSolid knowledge of motions, discovery, court rules, and filing proceduresExperience with Relativity or comparable litigation support softwareExperience with state and federal court filing procedures and local rulesStrong proficiency with Microsoft OfficeSalary$90,000 - $120,000 /year
