Responsibilities Act as an ambassador for Panera Warmth, delivering excellent service in every encounter. Execute duties in designated areas of the bakery‑cafe, such as Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc. Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas, staying on the move. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food‑safety standards and cleaning protocols. Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude. Clear communication skills in a loud environment; able to understand and follow directions quickly. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for making people smile. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
