At PYG Therapy, we’re hiring compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to provide pediatric home health services throughout Arizona. Whether you’re experienced in pediatrics or looking to grow in home health, our team is committed to supporting your success with flexible scheduling, strong supervision, and dedicated caseload support.
Competitive Pay- Earn $46–$75 per hour

Position OverviewIn this role, you will:
- Provide pediatric speech therapy services in the home setting under the supervision of an SLP
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising therapist
- Complete ongoing documentation of patient performance and progress
- Educate and coach caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic skills
- Communicate regularly with supervising therapists regarding patient updates and concerns
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- W-2 and 1099 opportunities available
- Customizable schedules with 8–25 visits per week
