Weekday call: 7 pm - 7 am; weekend call: Fri 7 am - Mon 7 am
Low call-back percentage
Weekend rounding -- 8 - 9 patients Friday and Saturday
5 new consults per week; daily rounding on 3 - 4 patients
100% adult inpatient population
Leave coverage
No procedures required -- inpatient and outpatient
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
