Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Provide quick and efficient service to customers
- Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's needs and recommended services
- Keep accurate records of all services performed
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a quick service technician
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
