Stand Lead

Role The Concessions Stand Lead is responsible for the complete operation of assigned concession stands. Trains personnel supervise and direct the work activities of others. All Concessions Stand Leads report directly to the Concessions Supervisor of the assigned stand. Company Overview LEGENDS GLOBAL redefines excellence in sports, entertainment, and live events. Assigns duties within the stand. Analyzes and resolves all problems with the assistance of Concession Supervisor and/or other management. Oversees and/or participates in stand set‑up and closing procedures. Ensures that all workstations, the back of stand and storerooms remain clean and sufficiently stocked. Orders replacement stock as necessary. Efficiently and accurately completes required paperwork. Investigates discrepancies in inventory. On an event basis, ensures accuracy of location bank, opening and closing inventory, product transfers, spoilage, and meals. Ensures accurate transaction totals on a random basis for all stand workers. Maintains a quality appearance of the concession location at all times. At closing, works with other stand personnel to properly clean equipment and organize stock for next event. Performs other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Prior experience as a stand attendant/worker or other food service worker is required. Ability to interact with co‑workers to assure compliance with company service standards. Proficient in operating a Point of Sale (POS) system in a non‑cash venue and able to multitask in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting. Fluent English communication skills. Capability to work in an open‑air environment during all climate conditions. Able to lift and carry items weighing 10–30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs/ramps. Available for all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong mobility to perform constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods. Required certifications: CA Food Handlers Certification, CA Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification. Union Membership This position is represented by Unite Here Local 11. Union dues are required as part of membership. Compensation $19.51 – $21.66 per hour. Physical Requirements Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Able to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 20lbs. Able to sit, talk, hear; use hands to finger, and handle controls. Frequently required to reach with hands and arms, stand, walk, and stoop. Specific vision requirements include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
