Rather than engaging in people management, day-to-day operations, or direct support, you’ll focus on evaluating outputs, identifying patterns, and helping define what “good” looks like at scale. Conduct structured audits of project outputs to assess accuracy, consistency, and adherence to defined guidelines. Identify trends, edge cases, and systemic quality gaps, using your domain expertise to evaluate complex or nuanced work Develop and refine quality benchmarks, scoring rubrics, and reference standards to ensure high-quality outputs Analyze audit results and provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve overall performance and quality frameworks Partner with internal stakeholders to align on quality standards and contribute to continuous, quality-focused process improvements Requirements MD, DO, MBBS, or equivalent medical degree with specialization in Radiology Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate complex outputs against defined standards Experience in quality assurance, auditing, or evaluation frameworks is preferred Ability to deliver clear, structured, and actionable feedback High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency Commitment This is a part-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt.
