Key Point Health Services, Inc MDPosition: People Operations SpecialistSchedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (hybrid after 90 day training period)Pay: $50,000-$58,000/yrPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused People Operations Specialist who will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle. This position combines strategic people operations initiatives with hands-on HR administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience while ensuring efficient HR processes.Key ResponsibilitiesHR AdministrationMaintain accurate employee records and HRIS systemsAssist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and coordinationRespond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and proceduresPrepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, employment verifications, and 30 day onboarding surveys.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsRecruitment & Talent SupportJob postings, candidate screening, and interview schedulingCoordinate communication with candidates and hiring managersMaintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment recordsResponsible for maintaining all job boards and working with all outside recruiters and agencies.Attend job fairs and recruiting events and actively work to promote our open positions to colleges and other agencies in the community.Conduct employee orientation on a rotating basis and issue employee badges and replacements.General SupportProvide administrative support to the HR/People teamAssist in organizing company events, trainings, and engagement activitiesContinuously look for ways to improve HR processes and efficiencies-QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)1–3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or administrative support rolesStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office or Google WorkspaceBasic understanding of employment laws and HR best practicesAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalismPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting employee engagement or culture initiativesExposure to recruiting or talent acquisition processesKey CompetenciesAttention to detailEmpathy and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving mindsetAdaptability in a fast-paced environmentStrong sense of accountability and discretionSUPERVISION AND COORDINATION OF SERVICESThe People Operations Specialist reports directly to the Human Resources Director. The People Operations Specialist coordinates with other professionals within the agency (i.e. Directors, Managers, Human Resources Committee) as well as outside agencies to create a team approach to the assessment and delivery of employee needs and requirements for agency operations.WORK ENVIRONMENTThe People Operations Specialist works in an office setting. They are not expected to be exposed to unusual levels of heat, cold, light, or noise. The position may require repetitive use of computer, keyboard, and mouse.TRAVELThe People Operations Specialist is not expected to be required to travel.
