We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Civil Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting complex litigation cases across various practice areas such as, personal injury, employment, and child hood sexual assault cases. Your proactive approach and excellent research skills will help ensure the smooth progression of cases from inception through resolution. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced law office environment where your legal administrative expertise and project management skills will be highly valued.

Duties include:

• Assist attorneys with case preparation by conducting legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research tools.
• Draft, review, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, subpoenas, trial docs, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
• Strong experience with discovery is a must have.
• Conduct thorough document review and data entry to support litigation strategies and maintain meticulous case records.
• Coordinate depositions, client intake and interviews, court filings, and scheduling to streamline case workflows while adhering to deadlines.
• Support project management efforts by tracking case milestones, preparing status reports, and facilitating communication among team members.
• Perform administrative duties such as managing calendars for court dates and deadlines, handling phone inquiries with professionalism, and providing executive administrative support as needed.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Effective writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence; proofreading and transcription abilities are essential.
