Dorchester, MA | Value-Based Care Join a patient-focused, value-based primary care practice in Dorchester, MA, dedicated to providing high-quality, relationship-driven care for patients age 65 and older. This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician who values meaningful patient interactions, strong clinical support, and an excellent work-life balance. Position Highlights
- Outpatient-only primary care in a value-based care model
- Patient panel capped at 750 to ensure quality care and manageable workload
- New physicians start with ~100 patients and ramp up gradually
- See approximately 18 patients per day
- Monday-Friday schedule with one remote/work-from-home day per week
- Limited call responsibilities
- Robust care team including EMTs, APPs, Medical Assistants, and Care Managers
- Dedicated acute care support team with nurses triaging and responding quickly to patient needs
- Strong infrastructure allowing physicians to focus on patient care-not paperwork
- Excellent base salary plus bonus potential
- Comprehensive benefits package, including:

- 4 weeks of PTO
- 11 paid holidays
- CME allowance
- Paid malpractice coverage
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics.
