Store Manager in Training - Cross-Functional Leader

CarMax is seeking a Cross Functional Store Manager in Training in Algonquin, IL to lead a team of 10–15 associates across multiple business areas and drive a world-class customer experience. You will stay involved in the sales process, train staff, and ensure CarMax policies are executed to standard. You will strategize to meet store budgets and performance metrics, develop associates, oversee training across sales, service, merchandising and operations, and uphold asset protection and safety #J-18808-Ljbffr CarMax
