Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in the Greater Philadelphia area. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, including property showings, listing appointments, and contract negotiations. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing comparative market analyses, and guiding clients through financing and closing processes. The role also involves coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals, managing documentation, and staying current with local market trends and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Active Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations. Experience in Real Estate transactions and familiarity with residential sales processes. Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques. Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness and client satisfaction. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work on-site in Greater Philadelphia, including evenings and weekends as needed. Comfort with using real estate CRM tools, listing platforms, and basic office software. Prior experience in the Greater Philadelphia market or similar markets is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
