About the Role:
KindHearted Healthcare Services Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team in Pasadena, MD. Responsibilities:
Skilled in Trach and vent
Provide direct patient care including wound care, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
Assist in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in medical records
Educate patients and families on health management, medications, and post-care instructions
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to supervising nursing staff or physicians
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant care environment in accordance with healthcare regulations
Requirements:
Active and valid LPN license in the state of Maryland
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
Previous clinical experience in a healthcare, home health, or long-term care setting preferred
Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, medical terminology, and patient care standards
Current CPR/BLS certification required
Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to quality care
