Safety & Compliance CoordinatorConcordia Wireless is a full-service firm specializing in architectural and engineering design for wireless communication sites and equipment, supporting telecom networks across the US. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Safety & Compliance Coordinator, with strong MS Office Outlook / Excel skills to join our team! This role is essential for maintaining compliance across our construction/telecom crews and subcontractors by managing certification tracking, validation, and training coordination. Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour (open to negotiation for the right experience) Factors, such as but not limited to relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position. Benefits:401K – with Company Match (up to 6%)Healthcare: Medical, Dental, VisionCompany Paid Life InsuranceShort- and Long-term Disability BenefitsVacation Pay and Sick Pay10 Minimum Paid Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday per yearEndless Opportunities for Growth!Key ResponsibilitiesCertification ManagementMaintain accurate records and streamline certification trackers (Excel and MS Tracker).Consolidate folders and create a standardized system for all crews and subcontractors.Ensure every crew and individual has a complete and up-to-date certification on file.Validation & ComplianceValidate incoming certifications (new hires, renewals, subcontractors) via QR codes or provider checks.Upload validated certifications into trackers and client portals.Communicate with safety teams and project managers to confirm compliance.Process Improvement / SafetyDevelop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to certification and safety processes.Write safety plans as neededManage corrective actions plans and documentationMonitor Job Site Analysis (JSA) forms daily for completeness and compliance.Schedule required training courses for new hires.Support safety initiatives and safety projects as they arise and ensure adherence to company policies.Administrative SupportHandle high-volume, time-sensitive tasks with patience and accuracy.Communicate effectively with leadership and project teams; proactively seek clarification when needed.QualificationsExperience tracking and updating employee certifications in a construction environmentPrior experience supporting and/or implementing safety initiatives and/or process improvementsExperience writing safety plans and managing corrective action plans is a plusPrior experience creating SOPs in an office settingMust have advance skills with MS Office Outlook and ExcelStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasksAbility to work independently and manage frequent interruptions while staying on taskFamiliarity with construction safety certifications (OSHA) – training will be provided if neededWhy Join Us?Opportunity to standardize and improve critical compliance processesCollaborative team environment with room for innovation and growthConcordia Wireless is a division of Concordia Group.
