Perform incoming inspection of precision components using CMM (Zeiss, Mitutoyo, Hexagon) and metrology tools such as micrometers, height gauges, and optical comparators Interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T per ANSI standards to ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance Prioritize and manage inspection workload, including urgent line-down requests and aged orders , to meet production needs Conduct supplier source inspections and calibration audits to verify part quality prior to shipment Identify, document, and drive resolution of non-conforming materials in collaboration with supplier quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams Support engineering and production teams by measuring and evaluating suspect parts for disposition decisions Maintain calibration schedules and metrology equipment health , ensuring audit readiness and compliance with ISO/AS standards Develop and track quality metrics and dashboards (SAP, Power BI) to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr PrideNow
