Description

Essential Functions And Responsibilities Assist with guest purchases and needs. Display merchandise neatly and in proper order. Conduct inventory, rotate stock and assist with ordering, preventing overstock, and stock-outs. Inform manager in a timely manner when supplies are low. Assist with and help guest concerns or situations. Ensure strict adherence to all company and departmental policies and procedures. Adhere to Purchasing, HR, and compliance requirements. Promote positive public/employee relations. Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility. Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies. Inform the manager, as necessary. Clerks are to call 24 hours in advance if they are ill. Record guest comments or complaints, referring customers to managers, as necessary. Attend all necessary meetings. Assist in other projects, as directed.
