What you’ll do Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. While the primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes, you will also participate in visual merchandising, maintain store presentation, and focus on customers’ needs to achieve sales goals. Pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements. maurices provides early access to earnings powered by PayActiv.
