Public Defender Paralegal: Client Advocacy & Research

Virginia Defenders- Indigent Defense Commission is seeking a Paralegal to support attorneys, investigators, and mitigation specialists in the Public Defender’s Office in Chesapeake. The Paralegal will help build resources, assist with bond motions and re-entry plans, and connect clients to services with a client-centered approach. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to manage a large caseload, and a commitment to the office values of respect, teamwork, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Commonwealth of Virginia
