Proposal Management SpecialistCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Proposal Management Specialist to join our Proposal Management team in Sales Operations. In this role, the focus will be on providing support to our Global Sales team to enable growth across multiple businesses within BGS-Commercial Services. This role will be located in: Seattle, WA., Arlington, VA. or Long Beach, CA.Position Responsibilities:Develop a Content Library Management system to enable Artificial Intelligence (AI) usage for proposal responses.Apply project management principles to a proposal environment, which involves applying sound business judgement to develop accurate and timely proposals/contracts.Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on proposal content.Ensure the proposal response is documented, approved as appropriate and meets all required internal standards.Provide reports, project status and change information to project team per established processes and communicate plan changes and recovery plans to others.Contribute to ongoing proposal best practices by identifying and leading projects that enhance proposal efficiency and quality.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5+ years of experience in a role requiring project / program management5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite3+ years of experience in proposal management skills5+ years of experience in demonstrating exceptional flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments, effectively collaborating with large, dispersed global cross-functional teams across various time zonesPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Ability to work multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlinesExperience using Salesforce or similar CRM toolExperience using Artificial Intelligence toolsExperience with either contracts or proposalsProven attention to detail and data qualityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor’s degreeConflict of Interest:Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
