We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations, lead site supervisors, and ensure top-tier janitorial services across our Lapeer facilities. In this critical role, you will act as the primary liaison between client contacts and ground operations, ensuring high standards, efficiency, and full compliance with service level agreements.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect and support on-site supervisors and cleaning crews across multiple client locations to maintain exceptional cleaning quality and consistency.Conduct regular site walkthroughs, address customer requests promptly, and cultivate long-term positive relationships with facility administrators.Oversee hiring, onboarding, and continuous hands-on training for cleaning staff.
