Will accept 13-26 weeks - ROTATING M-F 8

ROTATING M-F 8 (0650-1520) or 10 hour shifts (0650-1650) - variable based on need/volumes, start of 0600 depending on if there is a heart; Call: based on department needs - rotating call during the week days, rotating weekends; Holiday: call hours based on need; Experience: CVOR experience (2 yrs); if no cases in CVOR, traveler will be required to do general cases, EPIC, prior travel experience; may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
