This position is contingent upon award. About CSA For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet complex enterprise needs across the defense and federal sectors. We deploy experienced teams, innovative tools, and proven processes to advance federal missions. Role Impact The SM works on premise at each MTC during operating hours and has decision-making authority for the execution at the MTC. Collaborates with the MTC Commander to support training and technical missions. Provides status updates on contractor performance requirements. Oversees all contractor performance at the MTC, manages regional scheduling and coordination, training execution, and contractor education. Requirements Active Secret Clearance. Bachelor’s degree or military schooling equivalent (e.g., Army CGSC, ILE, MEL4). Minimum 10 years supervisory experience in military training, logistics, and property management. Experience with operations and training at Division or higher levels. Experience as a Battalion or Brigade Commander or S3, with understanding of Army MCTSP.
