  • Morning Shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM

  • Afternoon/Evening Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

  • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Meaningful Work: Your role as a CMA is vital to our residents' health. You'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately measuring, preparing, and administering medications according to physician orders and established protocols.

  • Monitoring residents for any adverse reactions to medications and promptly reporting concerns to the nursing staff.

  • Maintaining precise medication records and documentation.

  • Assisting residents with medication reminders and ensuring proper adherence.

  • Collaborating effectively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Maintaining a clean and organized medication dispensing area.

  • Upholding the highest standards of resident safety and confidentiality.

• Possesses a current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in Pennsylvania.

• Has a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting, with a preference for senior care experience.

• Demonstrates strong compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to serve seniors.

• Exhibits excellent attention to detail and accuracy in medication administration.

• Possesses effective communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build rapport with residents and their families.

• Has strong teamwork skills and can collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
