Future Opening: Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member Position Overview Looking for a part‑time job that provides meaningful work and competitive compensation? Consider a position in a State Farm Agent's office. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, & listening). People‑oriented and organizational skills. Pride in getting work done accurately and timely. Ability to multi‑task. Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain). Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
