About Us

Luxury Sport Autos is an independent dealership specializing in luxury, performance, specialty, and enthusiast vehicles. We operate from a 20,000-square-foot indoor showroom and work with customers both locally and nationwide.

We are looking for a motivated, coachable Sales Consultant who communicates well, follows through, and takes ownership of the sales process from initial contact through delivery.

The Position

This is a full-cycle automotive sales position working with both in-person and remote customers.

Sales Consultants are responsible for managing incoming leads, maintaining consistent follow-up, scheduling appointments, presenting vehicles, conducting test drives, and maintaining communication with customers throughout the transaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and personally to incoming sales leads.
• Maintain consistent phone, text, and email follow-up.
• Manage assigned leads and daily CRM tasks.
• Build customer relationships and understand their needs and buying motivations.
• Schedule and maintain sales appointments.
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives.
• Learn the features, history, equipment, and condition of inventory.
• Provide personalized walk-around videos for remote and out-of-state customers.
• Present pricing, address objections, and ask for the sale.
• Maintain accurate and useful CRM notes.
• Work closely with Sales Management and Finance to complete transactions.
• Clearly communicate expectations regarding paperwork, funding, transportation, and delivery.
• Maintain customer communication through final delivery.

Previous automotive sales experience is not a requirement. We are willing to train the right person. Sales or customer-service experience is helpful, but attitude, communication skills, work ethic, and the ability to be coached are more important to us than previous dealership experience.

Successful Sales Consultants consistently manage their pipeline, respond quickly to opportunities, generate appointments, maintain strong customer communication, follow the dealership's sales process, accept coaching, and produce sales results.
