Clinical Dietician

Pay:$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Job description:We are looking for a experienced Dietician to join our compassionate, care-giving team. The Dietician is responsible for ensuring quality nutritional services are provided to residents and overseeing the overall operation of the department. Responsibilities: Oversee the Kitchen Supervisor and ensure the proper handling, preparation, and storage of food. Work with dietician consultant on menu design, recipe creation, and resident-specific meals. Prepare production and service documents as required. Completion of MDS assessments and necessary resident documentation Menu review and planning. Assist with employee scheduling, training, and duty assignment. Compliance of Local, State, and Federal regulations. Ensure proper sanitation/quality standards are met. Perform other duties as assigned. Dietician Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in dietetics, foods, and nutrition; food service systems management; or a related area required. RDExperience in a long-term care setting is preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
