Installation Project Manager

Responsibilities Manage installation projects from planning through final completion. Coordinate project schedules, vendors, subcontractors, crews, and material logistics. Oversee daily field operations and monitor job site progress, quality, and safety. Plan and execute projects to maintain schedules and budget requirements. Coordinate with Project Coordinators, sales teams, clients, vendors, and internal departments. Procure materials and ensure availability for scheduled installations. Review site plans, construction drawings, and technical specifications. Communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders. Manage subcontractor and crew performance to meet project expectations. Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and schedules. Support process improvements and help develop installation operations as the company grows. Travel to project locations as needed to support installations throughout the region. Qualifications 1-6 years of experience managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, and material logistics in a construction environment. Experience in landscape, hardscape, pool and patio, turf, fencing, playgrounds, parks, or commercial general contracting preferred. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining schedules and budgets. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and technical specifications. Knowledge of construction or installation practices. Strong communication skills with clients, subcontractors, crews, and internal teams. Comfortable working in both office and field environments. Experience using project management tools and general office software. Construction management degree, trade certification, or equivalent field experience preferred. Conversational Spanish preferred. Valid driver's license required. Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
