What This Role Offers At LSTC, you’ll step into a role designed for both growth and balance: You’ll receive structured support with scheduled mentorship touchpoints across clinical leadership, operations, and admin. New grads and seasoned clinicians both succeed here. In the last two years, every PT hired has progressed into a lead or managerial role. Manageable, Purposeful Caseload 60-minute evals and follow-ups Rehab tech support for part of each follow-up This model ensures you can build genuine relationships and deliver the level of care you’re proud of. Balanced Schedule Monday–Friday Optional 4×10 for the right candidate Variety & Specialization Work with orthopedic, post-surgical, and athletic cases, with room to grow your clinical interests (manual therapy, dry needling, performance rehab, etc.).
