Our Expectations

As a residential property management M aintenance Technician , you'll prepare apartments for new residents, make repairs for people already living there, and perform upkeep to make the community the best it can be. We are looking for self-motivated problem-solvers who are eager to learn, and have an aptitude for the mechanical. Range of work and knowledge: You'll be called on to fix problems with plumbing, electricity, heating, cooling, locks, carpentry, and more.

Provide excellent customer service to our residents:

• Ensure resident satisfaction by the timely completion of work order requests and apartment turns with new residents
• Participate in after hours rotation for property - ensuring timely response of emergency maintenance requests.
• Participate in resident events
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed at the property
• Ensure maintenance team is following policy as it relates to safety (wearing protective gear, following heat stress guidelines, etc).

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Must have and maintain a valid California Driver's License
• Must have and maintain auto insurance
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• Must be able to be reached by phone
• Must be willing to support sister properties within a geographic area
• Must be willing to work any shift as required
• Must be willing to work any day as required
• Must be willing to comply with my job description
