We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented team.Responsibilities/Duties:Grow the email channel to support device unit attainment goals.Drive the creation and implementation of new automated email programs.Build email campaigns and executing traffic-driving efforts to support sales of devices.Develop robust A/B and MVT testing programs to optimize for sales and unit sell through.Reporting on progress against goals and relevant email metrics to senior management.Assist in the development of the vision and strategy for the email/CRM roadmap.Creative asset production (in partnership with a dedicated design team)Editing (XML, HTML) and publishing content to site via CMSBasic Qualifications:3 years of experience designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, on-device/mobile, and/or displayWriting customer-facing copy that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to the online customerProficiency with Content Management Systems and ability to edit basic HTML and XML1 years experience using SQL and similar queries to analyze data.Must be comfortable with Excel and capable of manipulating data in order to perform both high level and more granular analysis. This includes familiarity with VLookups, Pivot tables, and other such functionalities.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in coordinating teams and communicating to senior managementBA/BS requiredPreferred Qualifications:Experience managing large scale email marketing programsExperience with A/B or multivariate testingExperience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targetingProficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reportingHave relentlessly high standards and a high attention to detail.Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlinesConfident, self-motivated individual with strong, demonstrable bias for actionProven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environmentAmpcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
