• Weld aluminum, steel, and stainless-steel components using MIG welding
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and production drawings
• Set up and assemble parts prior to welding
• Grind and finish welds to meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with teammates while following all safety procedures

• 6+ months of welding experience or completion of a welding program
• MIG welding experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a weld test and be authorized to work in the U.S.

This is a Contract position based out of Sheffield, IA.

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $21.63/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
