Assess, intervene and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action. Maintain knowledge of general and specific health issues due to the range of medical conditions that may require urgent treatment and care. Understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need. Make quick and accurate assessments about incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions.
