Supported by our homebase and a network of Operating Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward. Responsibilities and Duties Independently manage and lead this branch, with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support. Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider. Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.). Hire and onboard new team members and ensure all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on‑call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners. Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction. Oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements. Create a workplace of choice, incentivizing, motivating, and setting the tone of team morale. Qualifications and Skills Proven leadership experience managing a team. Success in meeting sales and business development goals. Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset. Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
