Responsibilities- Sell and explain insurance policies (auto, home, renters, and more) tailored to client needs
- Acquire new clients while also focusing on customer retention and satisfaction
- Follow up with clients to ensure excellent service and cross-sell additional products
- Build strong, lasting relationships to maintain high client loyalty
- Meet sales performance goals ($20,000/month in new business premium on average)
- Maintain compliance with underwriting and industry regulations
- Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred. Willing to train. Licensing assistance available
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Professional phone etiquette and ability to multi-task
- Prior insurance or sales experience preferred
- Maintains a professional appearance
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
