• Sell and explain insurance policies (auto, home, renters, and more) tailored to client needs
• Acquire new clients while also focusing on customer retention and satisfaction
• Follow up with clients to ensure excellent service and cross-sell additional products
• Build strong, lasting relationships to maintain high client loyalty
• Meet sales performance goals ($20,000/month in new business premium on average)
• Maintain compliance with underwriting and industry regulations

• Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred. Willing to train. Licensing assistance available
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
• Professional phone etiquette and ability to multi-task
• Prior insurance or sales experience preferred
• Maintains a professional appearance
