Dining Room Supervisor

Provide the highest quality of service to customers at all times Oversees day-to-day activities of subordinates and assigns responsibility for specific work or functional activities as directed by on-site management Responsible for orientation and training of employees Conduct follow up service training for employees after completion of probationary period Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service and problem resolution Requirements 1-2 years of related work experience High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferred Ability to use a computer Must possess or be able to obtain a California Food Handler’s Card before starting employment ServSafe certification preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates strong customer service skills while overseeing daily operations and training employees.
